STUNNIN' I've recommended this property to like 5 or 6 people. Lived here since Feb and everything has been great so far for us personally. Staff is friendly. Move in was easy.

Great location & I had a wonderful experience working with a leasing agent here named Mikaela! She was extremely informative, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we had all the information we needed. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and such a great first impression of the community!

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at 150 Summit Apartments! Everyone here has always been so friendly and easy to talk to, and I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I needed anything. The pools are definitely one of my favorite parts, especially during the summer when it’s nice to have somewhere to relax and cool off. Overall, it’s been a really good experience living here, and I’d definitely recommend 150 Summit to anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming and homey!
