I recently moved in and have already been dealing with a rodent problem. After calling multiple times to get someone to fix the holes they are entering through, still haven’t seen anyone. Also have a toilet that isn’t working that was “fixed”. Too many issues to make it worth the reasonable rent price. I’ve only been here a few weeks and already regret my choice to move here.

Good location
The apartment is in a good location and the traffic is not bad. For the most part I have enjoyed my apartment other than having issues with rodents. Pest control has come and put glue traps in the building unit crawl space where they appear to be but unfortunately this has not been very helpful with alleviating the problem.

Maintenance ? No such thing at Elevation Vestavi
I have been waiting for over a month for someone to come and fix my toilet, my A/C, and my shower. I was told that I had 30-40 work orders ahead of me and they will get to me when they can! Just so this is clear the people that work here can get up and take a shower daily but not the tenants ? I was looked dead in the eye and was told someone was coming by last Wednesday and they NEVER showed up. When is first informed them of my issues two men came by and said they would be back and never came back. It will be two months soon that I haven't had a working toilet, shower, or A/C. Got renovation all over the place but can't get anyone down here to fix the problems I am having with this apartment ! But they are quick to walk over here and place a letter on my door about renewing my lease but can't get anything fixed ! Why would I renew my lease if you are not holding up your part !why! this is very upsetting to me. If I could fix the problems myself I would but I didn't go
To school for maintenance ! The people that work here are lazy and do it on their own time.Hire better people ! This is ridiculous !

Abbey at Vestavia falls
This apartment is everything I'm looking for in an apartment complex. Managment is so kind and maintenance is very timely. In addition to all that, I feel very safe in my complex.

Abbey at Vestavia Falls
Great Managment and the apartment I'm in is very spacious. The Managment worked very hard at making sure I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Very satisfied!
