From their website: Crowne on 10th is a premier community with first-class community amenities including a resort-style pool and a modern clubhouse and fitness center.
From me: There is a gate that is closed at night and not hard to find parking... spots close to the building. Inside is all carpet except bathrooms and kitchen. Full sized dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, and washer/dryer. We have a balcony overlooking the park with some really pretty flowering trees outside. It's a 20 minute walk to University Hall, or a 5 minute drive/bike/scooter ride. 10 minute walk to the Blazer Express South Green route bus stop. Situated in a quiet neighborhood that all feels very safe. Maintenance always responds to Fix-Its either day of or the next day. The unoccupied room (that I am looking for a roommate for) has an attached bathroom and closet.
