The home is located in Irondale and is about a 15-20 minute drive to UAB. There are a few bedroom options available, descriptions below. Room #1 is furnished with a twin-sized day bed w/ trundle. This room has two walk-in closets. Rooms #2 and 3 are... identical smaller rooms, furnished with a twin bed and nightstand, with one small closet each. Linens are provided. Lots of natural light. Room #4 is on the main level. It has a large bar window and walk-in closet. Room #5 is a small bedroom on the main level and is furnished with a desk. Four individuals may choose between these rooms or the home can be rented as a whole. Laundry is available in the home and is shared. Large fenced-in backyard with a full deck, hot tub/spa, gazebo with outdoor seating, and lovely views of the hills. Parking, utilities, and WiFi are included. 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Few minutes drive to I-20 and I-459 so the location is ideal. Quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, restaurants, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, gyms, and many more amenities roughly 10 minutes away. Publix is about 2 minutes drive from the home. No smoking allowed on the property.
