Laundry is available in the home and is shared. Large fenced-in backyard with a full deck, hot tub/spa, gazebo with outdoor seating, and lovely views of the hills. Parking, utilities, and WiFi are included. 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Few minutes drive to I-20 and I-459 so the location is ideal. Quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Walmart, Aldi, Home Depot, restaurants, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, gyms, and many more amenities roughly 10 minutes away. Publix is about 2 minutes drive from the home. No smoking allowed on the property.
