Rooms #2... and 3 (basement) are identical smaller rooms, furnished with a twin bed and nightstand, with one small closet each. Linens are provided. Lots of natural light. Room #4 is a large room with bay window and is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, side table, and chair. Room #5 is the master bedroom, equipped with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Laundry is available in the home and is shared. Large fenced-in backyard with a full deck, hot tub/spa, gazebo with outdoor seating, and lovely views of the hills. Parking, utilities, and WiFi are included. 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Few minutes drive to I-20 and I-459 so the location is ideal. Quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
