I have had the best experience while applying for this aparment complex. The leasing manager Liz was very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions in great detail and always promptly. I’m looking forward to moving to this property!

From day one I’ve regretted living at this property. The property manager quits every few months and the newest one is one of the most condescending people I’ve ever dealt with in a professional setting. He leaves early day (which is an issue since there are no office hours on the weekend) and despite asking him to address issues he’d rather argue and tell me he has to investigate (takes weeks for him to open a computer apparently) and never resolves issues. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. Every night between 3-4 AM the business across the street makes some of the loudest noises I’ve ever heard. Then there are the street racers who do donuts a block down the street multiple nights a week and residents get to hear squealing of tires for hours before Birmingham Police run them off and they simply return 30 mins later. Then there’s the bar downstairs that has outside tables and their patrons are incredibly loud WED-SAT usually until 2AM. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU IF YOU IF YOU CARE ABOUT SECURITY OR WANT YOUR VEHICLE SECURE. there have been multiple break-ins to residents vehicles even in the gated parking throughout the time I have lived here. Even though the gate has been torn down, several times, and the parking was not secure, the management still charges a parking fee and when myself and other residents complained, we were told, “it’s part of living downtown. If you want to not deal with stuff like this you need to live elsewhere.’ Going on almost 2 months now one of the entrance gates has been broken and is almost always open. This also goes for the doors, which, for whatever reason are open/unlocked for no apparent reason at times. On the flipside, last night, we found ourselves more early as a locked out because the app to open the doors and parking gate was not working. When you called the resident number no one answers, nor are you given an emergency maintenance number. Despite leaving a message that was somewhat frantic last night. I still have not received a call back which goes hand-in-hand with the new management. Who’s rarely the office. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU IF YOU IF YOU'RE NOT OK WITH THE SMELL OF MARIJUANA. The entire building has an overwhelming pot smell many times and its embarrassing when people visit to the property.

This apartment complex is in a great location and has all the amenities I was looking for. The property manager, Wade, is definitely someone you want running your apartment! He was very responsive and helpful when it came to deciding on a new home and I cannot wait to move in!
